Since 2002, Event Magic has been handling your event rental needs from our conveniently located warehouse in Oakland. Our enthusiastic team includes our incredible office staff and sales team and our set-up crews and warehouse staff.

About Our Business

We are open for business Monday through Fri. 9:00 AM-3:00 PM and Saturdays 10:00 AM-2:00 PM through our busy months. Saturdays we do close January 1-April 1. Our hard-working staff is accustomed to setting up large-scale events and will often be working many hours on the weekends to assure your event runs flawlessly.

We can arrange times for items to be delivered, and set up for you by our staff, or depending on the occasion, have you pick up and Do-It-Yourself if you prefer to save some money.
