About Event Magic

Since 2002, Event Magic has been customizing events with equipment rentals and party rental services from our 10,000 sq. ft. workshop, warehouse and offices conveniently located in Oakland, just off 880 near the Bay Bridge.

Our Owner, Eddie Cantrell, and his team of enthusiastic event experts, personally handle each and every job with direct supervision and care. Eddie has been working in the field of events and theater support for more than 15 years, and he is passionate about event production and entertainment.

We are open for business Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 5:00pm. On weekends, we are available generally by appointment only, but can usually be found in the office handling deliveries and last minute pick-ups until 2pm. Our hard working staff is accustomed to producing or co-producing complex and large scale events, and we are often working 24 hours a day to get our jobs delivered and assembled onsite wherever duty calls.
